Compare stocks where insiders are selling while the share price is close to its yearly high. This screen highlights sales during price strength. An insider sale alone does not establish that the share price will fall.
The 52-week range measures the current share price between its yearly low and high. Low screens select the bottom 5% of that range; high screens select the top 5%. These thresholds refer to the range, not a 5% price change from the low or high.
Stocks qualify when their insider selling score is at least 65 out of 100 over the selected lookback period. Results are ranked by that selling score.
Insider activity comes from reported filings. Net insiders and net value subtract selling from buying, so negative figures indicate net selling. The lookback applies to insider activity; the 52-week range describes the current share-price position.
