How is this calculated?
Companies are ranked based on a score calculated from three factors: the net number of executives selling (considering both executives buying and selling), the net amount of stock sold compared to the floating stock, and the percentage of stock held by all insiders. Each company is then ranked relative to all others in the list on a scale from 0 to 100 based on these criteria. Executives are members of a company's management team and hold significant responsibility within the company.
